New Jersey Resident Indicted On Cocaine Charges
A New Jersey resident was recently indicted for allegedly possessing a kilogram of cocaine with intent to sell. The man faces charges of first-degree possession of cocaine with intent to distribute and third-degree possession of cocaine. The man was allegedly in possession of a kilo of powder cocaine wrapped in a large plastic bag and approximately 4.5 ounces of crack cocaine.
Drug charges, like possession of cocaine, can lead to a seriously tarnished record, steep fines and even time in jail.
